What’s Hot

  • Allu Arjun carries yet another ‘chilipi’ (naughty) role with aplomb. He dances, fights, emotes, delivers dialogues, runs behind the heroine and does all that is expected out of him as if it is stroll in a park. The way he says ‘Devuda’ is bound to stay for a long time with the movie following audience.
  • Bramhanandam takes the screen by storm and ensures there is never a dull moment in the lead-up to the climax.
  • Thaman’s BGM and foot-tapping numbers and the choreography moves executed to perfection by Allu Arjun & Shruthi Haasan are notable elements in the movie.

What’s Not

  • The overall run-length, exaggerated action sequences and misplaced songs take the steam away from the movie.
  • The unconventional characterization of the villain Ravi Kishan and the bumpy tempo of the film could have been taken care of.
  • Though Shruthi Haasan & Prakash Raj excel in the limited scope offered to them, they could have been better used.
