  • The writer Nelson Greaves has done a stellar job of thinking out a concept in this way and writing it to perfection. He ensures that the different pieces of the movie fall in the right place and the element of surprise is always maintained with the storytelling.
  • The verbal volleys and the ensuing conversations make it even spookier as the movie progresses.
  • The actors Shelley Hennig and Moses Jacob Storm have done their parts well & the film has equal contributions from the other characters in play.
  • Though the entire movie unfolds as a video call in Skype, the editing by Parker Laramie and the camera work by Adam Sidman make the movie an interesting watch. Special mention goes to the way the horror is handled with editing in a pristine manner.

What’s Not

  • There are a lot of gory scenes that might not go well with a select set of the audience – Gore that includes scenes of violence and torture are aplenty in the movie
  • There are scenes of horror that could have been made in a better way since watching the movie, the horror elements seems to be missing and scores a tad lesser than gore.
