A guy who has his way with girls leading to numerous one-night stands is addicted to internet pornography. The interesting part is he gets more satisfaction through pornography when compared to his sojourns with real girls. However on one occasion, he meets the perfect girl and desperately wants to connect with her. He tries hard to woo her and win her over but finds more about her as he goes deeper into the relationship.

What’s Hot
- The movie has a unique storyline describing how pornography has changed the way men aspire women to be. To have chosen this storyline and made a sensible movie out of it, the director Joseph Gordon-Levitt deserves an appreciation.
- We see a wonderful display of acting from the cast, especially Joseph Gordon-Levitt who deserves special praise. He has played his role to perfection and neatly brought out the character’s his obsession for keeping his body fit and home squeaky clean.
- Don’s family consisting of the ever hopeful mother, hilarious foul-mouthed father and the mobile phone addicted sister are a riot and their sequences are really enjoyable. The leading ladies of the film Scarlett Johansson, who plays a controlling seductress and Julianne Moore, whom Don meets in his classes, add significant weight to the film with their performances. Don’s friend are also cast aptly.
- The idea of the protagonist being a staunch theist is a new addition to his character and it has been picturised brilliantly to say the least, with the lead actor being a regular to mass prayer gatherings even when he is forever busy getting fit in the gymnasium.
- Last but not least, the transformation of the protagonist to come back to reality and overcome his problems once and for all offers the much needed angle to the movie’s screenplay. Julianne Moore deserves a lot of credit for this.
What’s Not
- Due to the subject of the storyline, we see too much adult content in the movie and hence the audience for this film will be really limited.
