The third and supposedly final edition of The Hobbit, with a crisp storyline stunning cinematography and an ensemble cast, is let down by a screenplay that does not know what to concentrate on – whether to live up to the name of the hobbit Bilbo or with the five armies that fight to get Erebor.
An ambitious effort at personifying the Lego world with all humane emotions, which succeeds largely despite falling short on a few occasions.
Monsters and horror stories based on them - If you think you have seen them all, beware of the 'Babadook' who will definitely surprise you. Though you might not be scared as much, the family drama at the core adds a refreshing twist to the horror laced presentation which will keep you hooked with suspense throughout! Watch it to believe it!

The metamorphosis of Mason & his elder sister, children of divorced parents living with their mother is showcased over a 13 year time frame as Mason grows from 5 to 18. The general situations faced by kids and teens are brought to picture in addition to the specificities children with divorced parents may have to deal with. It transcends cultural barriers to show how rapidly focus and interests transition as a kid moves through the toddler & teen phases of life!
You are not destined to leave this movie with a spring in your step. It might more likely be a bizarre chortle. It has indeed been a while since one sat at a non-horror movie feeling so anxious as the movie unfurled and you cannot stop being nervy even as the closing credits pop up with such ghostly simplicity.

Thereon, when it proceeds to go in search of exoplanets for saving the human race, a father tries to save the life of his family and travels the 5th dimension in the space time continuum, escaping the pull of even a black hole. A Daring cinematic experiment that is successful!
