What’s Hot

  • The director P. Ramesh has made a super strong debut casting fresh faces in prominent roles and coming up with a refreshingly new concept & fitting it nicely with a screenplay relevant to the Thriller genre smartly interlaced with romance and comedy in the right mix.
  • The twists in the film’s proceedings offer enough fodder to the viewer after each of the intriguing suspenses.
  • Ashok Selvan of Soodhu Kavvum fame gets promoted to the role of a Hero & with his neat expressions and nonchalant body language, he impresses.
  • Janani Iyer, Kaali (friend Nambi), Jayaprakash, Pizza Jayakumar make up a limited yet solid supporting cast which helps in the keeping the screenplay tight.
  • The Music (songs & the background score) composed by newcomer Nivas Prasanna is as fresh as the film’s subject.
  • Cinematographer Dinesh & Editor Leo John Paul combine in partnershup to deliver the goods yet again after their successful combine in Soodhu Kavvum.

What’s Not

  • The film takes a while to reach its prime point & so, the romance portions of the first half seem to go on for a bit longer than one would expect.
