A timid man is roped into the police force after the death of his father, on sympathetic grounds. He does this job purely for the money, to support his mother and two sisters. His path inadvertently and inevitably crosses with few villains and how he overcomes them forms the rest of this story.

What’s Hot
- Karunaas is earnest in his efforts and he does the rile of a panicky policeman neatly.
- The presence of so many comedians such as M.S Bhaskar, Vaiyapuri, Kovai Sarala, Delhi Ganesh, Vaiyapuri etc. does ensure few laughs.
- Srikanth Deva’s music is mostly about kuthu numbers and one decent melody. They sound good but are needless on screen.
What’s Not
- The parts when Karunaas reacts to his imaginary ailment let the movie down majorly and make it one big bore.
- The female lead, Angana, delivers a below-average performance and needs to work a lot more if she wants to shine in the industry.
- Having Uma Padmanabhan as Karunaas’ mother is one the worst casting decisions in recent times.
- In spite of being a comedy-oriented film, it’s pathetic to see a lot of nonsense happen within the police station and bad characterization of policemen/policewomen. Wish there is some rule to prevent such stuff from being shown on the silver screen.
