What’s Hot
- The film’s music is definitely a huge plus with numbers like Tum Hi Ho, Sunn Raha and Chahun Main being absolutely melodious and passionate.
- Aditya Roy Kapoor turns in a good performance as the mercurial RJ who can’t live without alcohol. When he realizes that his demeanor and habits might prove to be disastrous for Aarohi’s career, his reactions of realization, are well enacted. He looks really intense and in-character with his stubble.
- Lead heroine, Shraddha Kapoor, is pretty and emotes well in certain heavy scenes. She still has some way to go but has potential. The chemistry between the pair is intense and has plenty of heart, thereby making the romance a success.
What’s Not
- The film loses its pace at times and becomes too melodramatic and sad.
- The turn of events is also pretty predictable.
