For the story and its cast, this movie could have been made in a better way with some better screenplay and cinematography. Although the lead actors have delivered a sterling performance and the story has enough to offer in terms of intriguing sequences, it just does not create the needed impact in the minds of the viewers.

Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom (English, 2013)

Madiba has won the hearts of people all over the world by taking up the fight against Aparthied. It was not the widespread violence that his party ANC that took up brought them the freedom they deserved, but the will to forgive the oppressors in spite of the cruelty meted out to him and his people. His journey through the ordeals in jail and the ultimate quest to win equal rights for his people make it a good watch.

The Grandmaster (Mandarin, 2013)

The Grandmaster is a visually marvelous movie with a spectacular story, which pulls out a wonderful exhibition of the 1940’s Chinese Kung fu and various forms of the martial art. Though it might be strenuous for an average viewer to appreciate the mastery being showcased, the story makes up for that with some stunning cinematography
