Kadavul Irukaan Kumaru (Tamil, 2016)
In spite of many uninspired and boring periods strewn across Kadavul Irukaan Kumaru, RJ Balaji and Prakashraj are able to infuse some joy into the proceedings. One only hopes to see more of the Rajesh who wrote the talk-show sequence instead of the one who tries to blend with the trend by doing horror-comedy.

There can be movies celebrating women for what they are. But Pink differs in a sense where it silently pierces the grim realities of society as a slow penetrating needle, albeit to show sense and justice prevail in a socially outgoing world of today. Pink by its name, but touches grey areas of our society.
